Hello readers, I am Okeko from Nigeria. I was having eye disorder since 2 years and I have been visiting many doctors and was having blurred vision problem. When I visited one of the best ophthalmologists in Nigeria, he examined my condition and concluded that I needed Extracapsular cataract surgery for both of my eyes. But the doctor told me that it’s not available in Nigeria, but he suggested India for my surgery. He also gave me the contact information of Tour2india4health Group who provides all the medical treatment facility to its international patients giving them best treatment and surgery they require. I did contact Tour2india4health Group through its website, which provided all the information a medical tourist needs. Tour2india4health Group made all the arrangements for me to visit India for my Extracapsular cataract surgery. Tour2india4health Group referred me to one of the best eye surgeons in India who furthermore took care of the treatment.
For Extracapsular cataract surgery, an 8 mm to 10 mm incision is made in the eye where the clear front covering of the eye (cornea) meets the white of the eye (sclera). Another small incision is made into the front portion of the lens capsule, and the lens is removed, along with any remaining lens material. An intraocular lens implant (IOL) may then be placed inside the lens capsule, and the incision is closed. Most cataract surgery is now done using a topical anesthetic (eyedrops) or a local anesthetic. Local anesthetic may involve a sedative for relaxation followed by an injection beside, under, or inside the eye to deaden nerves and prevent blinking or eye movement during surgery.
After the Extracapsular cataract surgery, I was shifted to another room, which was well furnished with all the amenities. I was in the hospital for a day and then the doctor told me that I was fine and was ready for discharge. I am very much thankful to Tour2india4health Group as it gave me full satisfaction for my Extracapsular cataract surgery done in India. They provided us accommodation at best hotel and the charges was too less in comparison with other countries. I will definitely say that Tour2india4health Group is the best for Extracapsular cataract surgery in India.
Thank you,
Mr. Okeke
