UK Patient Experience Sterilization Reversal Surgery in Delhi, India

I am Linda Pears from UK. I came fore my Sterilization Reversal surgery -------------------- through Tour2india4health Consultants. On the day of my first daughter Lynn’s birth, I had my tubes tied by my longstanding obstetrician. I was 30 and my Husband was 32 when we decided this and thought it was the right choice considering our very meager financial situation.

I did some research on the reversal of a sterilization, which I wasn’t even sure was possible. I found many different web sites trying to recruit people in small clinics all around the United States.

I even scheduled an appointment with an obstetrician, who told me that in his experience the sterilization reversal procedure is tremendously costly and just doesn’t work. We packed and headed for India, Mumbai where we stayed in a Hotel. The Surgery went well, though I did have a lot of scar tissue, which made the repair of my tubes very difficult. Surgeon did a superb job and didn’t give up even in the face of adversity. My husband was worried, but surgeon gave him lots of information and made him feel a lot better. He was very supportive to both of us and my husband was especially impressed with surgeon’s bedside manner and the way he was treated like an important part of the process. I recovered very quickly and was even doing some sightseeing and shopping the day after surgery.

When we returned home to UK, we were very optimistic. Dr. Dheeraj Bojwani made routine calls to check on us and we e-mailed regularly back and fourth. I never failed to receive answers to my questions in a timely manner. He gave us tips and helpful hints on how best to conceive. I found out I was pregnant. It was such an exciting and surprising moment. We had never imagined it could happen so soon.

At first there was some concern, because I was having pain in my left side. Dr. Dheeraj Bojwani gave me so much support and encouragement. I had an ultrasound per his request and everything was fine. It turned out to be a large cyst in my ovary. My pregnancy went well and was rather uneventful. I stayed healthy and the baby was quite an active reminder that this truly was a miracle in the making. Every day I never fail to thank God for this marvelous man and the miraculous work he is doing, giving women a second chance.
