Any medical information not mentioned or withheld by the Participant / Patient or his / her relatives or not asked for due to the negligence of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor will be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and Tour2india4health Consultants shall not be responsible for the same.
In case the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor is not competent in handling a particular emergency or complication arising pre, during or post treatment of the Participant / Patient, it shall be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, to refer or call upon the competent medical authority, after taking the consent of the Participant / Patient or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends and Tour2india4health Consultants shall not be responsible for the same. |

Payments on Booking & Cancellation Policy

30% of the total estimate given has to be paid in advance which is non-refundable for bookings of schedule procedures and facilities. |
70% of the remaining cost of estimate quote should be transferred before 25 days of arrival in India or in- emergency before the arrival.
In some cases we charge Service Fees to the patients which is directly proportional to the magnitude of involvement of our Company in managing the case.This can range from a minimum of 550 USD to a maximum of 1650 USD.

30% of the estimate cost would be charged if cancellation made before 25 days arrival. |
40% of the estimate cost would be charged if cancellation made between 10 to 15 days. |
50% of the estimate cost would be charged if cancellation made between 3 to 9 days. |
50% of the estimate cost would be charged if cancellation made between 1 to 2 Days. Once you reached India and if the treatment of reserved hotel or guest house or room or post treatment rehabilitation holiday is cancelled then the following cancellation over given cost quote will apply. |
On Medical Reason-30% of the total expected medical treatment package + all incidentals incurred towards medical bills, travel bills, logistics and accomodation bills till date of cancellation would be the patients liability. |

| Disputes & Jurisdiction |
In case of Medical discrepancy or Any Conflict for immutability of malpractice carried out by the patient, all the concerned parties establish and agree that all judicial action must be carried out by the patient towards the medical professional / healthcare center / hospital only within the jurisdiction of Nagpur, State of Maharashtra, India. All expenses related to the legal fees and jurisdiction matters will be the client’s liability on being proven otherwise. The Consultant and the treating institution retains the right to file defamatory suit against the crime. |
